**About the Role**
As Accounting Manager in our Shared Services, you will play a central role in ensuring accurate and efficient accounting for all of Veho's companies in Sweden. You will have overall responsibility for accounting and will work both strategically and operationally. Your focus will be on monthly closings, balance sheet reconciliations, and other internal controls, as well as statutory financial, tax, and group reporting. You will ensure the quality of reporting and drive the development of accounting processes.
The role includes personnel responsibility for an accounting team consisting of six individuals. You will lead and support them in their daily work, create structure, and promote a collaborative environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow. You will also serve as the main contact for auditors and corporate management, as well as coordinate the work between the team and our external partners.
We are facing a significant digital transformation. Currently, several financial and integrated systems are used within the group, such as Kobra, Palette, SAP Basware, and Automaster. As part of this transformation journey, SAP, which is currently used by one of the Swedish companies, will be replaced by Oracle NetSuite, giving you the opportunity to influence future working methods.
The position is located in our newly renovated premises in Segeltorp, and you will report to the Group Head of Accounting.
**About You**
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Accounting Manager who has a structured approach and is solution-oriented. You have a good understanding of the entire accounting process—from daily bookkeeping to closing and reporting—and you thrive on taking responsibility and driving work forward. You have previously held personnel responsibility and are confident in leading, prioritizing, and developing a team.
You are accustomed to working in international environments and communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. Experience in group reporting and financial reports is a natural part of your skill set, and you have preferably worked with change management, system implementations, or M&A processes. You are quick to familiarize yourself with new systems and ideally have experience with various financial systems. Strong Excel skills are required, as it is extensively used in several processes.
