WORK TASKS
* Perform file payments and manual payments
* Handling accounting for some inter-company invoices
* Handling/reconciliation of certain items during monthly closing
* Manage reminders and claims related to accounts payable
* Respond to questions via email and phone internally and externally
* Support with additional financial administration during peak work periods
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have a completed high school education and a vocational/higher vocational degree in economics or from a university/college
- Have some years of experience in a similar role
- Have worked with financial administration before
- Are fluent in Swedish verbally and in writing, as some internal communication occurs in this language, and in English as it is the company's group language
- Have good Excel skills
- Are experienced in working with systems
As a person, you are structured and accustomed to organizing and prioritizing your tasks, with a keen eye for detail. You are used to taking responsibility for your work and completing what you start. Furthermore, you show great commitment in your role and interact with your surroundings in an unpretentious and attentive manner.
Additional Information

* Scope: Full-time
* Location: Lund - Opportunity to work from home one day per week (except Wednesdays, when the team works from the office)
* This is a consulting assignment until September 2027, which means you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Axis.
