ABOUT THE POSITION
As an Account Manager with us, you will have a social role with many points of contact. You will quickly become part of the team and work alongside amazing colleagues and engaged leaders from various internal departments. However, the most important aspect will be building relationships with your wonderful clients. How you develop your clients and business is up to you, but you can trust that we will provide you with the tools you need to succeed.

Your team consists of several other Account Managers and an engaged Team Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Account Manager with us, you will build and develop your own customer relationships. A typical day in your role includes:
* Prospecting: Searching for new customer contacts among potential companies that have not collaborated with us before, as well as within our existing network. This is where you will truly contribute with persistence, a "beat yesterday" spirit, and use your determination to achieve results.
* Sales Meetings: This is where you will sell our services. This includes cold calls where you can showcase your sales skills and establish new relationships with potential clients. You will build good customer relationships, conduct needs analyses, and leave a strong impression.
* Market Monitoring: To strategically map out the future needs of our established customers. We can offer the most value when we anticipate customer needs and work proactively in our customer relationships.
* Managing Complex Business Opportunities: As you gain more experience, you will handle prospects and customers with more complex business opportunities - such as Talent Advisory, Framework Agreements, Upskilling, and Reskilling.

We see that you have:
- Post-secondary education, such as university or higher vocational training, preferably in sales, business, marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in B2B sales with successful results.
- Experience working towards KPIs and challenging goals.
- Experience in continuously working with customer satisfaction and understanding customer needs.
Preferred Experience:
* Started or run your own business.
* Worked in sales within the staffing or consulting industry.
