About the Position As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with both existing and new customers. You will work in an advisory capacity, identifying needs and creating solutions that strengthen the customer's business. The role involves managing the entire sales process from prospecting to negotiation and follow-up. You will also work strategically to analyze customer data and market trends to identify new business opportunities. You will play a central role in ensuring high customer satisfaction and strong partnerships. This position is ideal for someone motivated by responsibility, results, and continuous development. Key Responsibilities • Build and develop long-term customer relationships • Drive the entire sales process, from initial contact to completed sale • Identify customer needs and present value-creating solutions • Conduct customer meetings, prepare quotes, and negotiate contracts • Analyze customer data and market trends to find new business opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery and customer experience • Follow up on agreements, results, and customer satisfaction • Participate in improvement work and contribute to the development of sales methods and offerings About You We highly value personal characteristics.
