Now we're scaling up further and seeking someone who wants to drive our journey forward with heart, pace, and business drive. 👉 Your Role • Create, nurture, and develop customer relationships focusing on long-term collaborations and genuine trust • Book and conduct meetings with companies across multiple industries (B2B) and identify new business opportunities • Capture customer needs and present recruitment and staffing solutions together with our recruiters • Follow up on business deals, contracts, and customer satisfaction. Ensure relationships endure over time • Actively contribute to our sales team with ideas, structure, and energy. We build and develop together! ✅ We're Looking for Someone Who • Has B2B sales experience and thrives in a role creating relationships and business • Is self-driven, responsible, and enjoys taking initiative. You make things happen! • Demonstrates patience, curiosity, and a positive attitude even when facing challenges Meriting Factors • Experience in sales within recruitment, HR, or consulting solutions • Speaks Norwegian fluently • Familiar with CRM or recruitment systems, preferably Teamtailor • Has a creative approach to prospecting and enjoys trying new methods 📍 Scope Full-time, based at our office on Roslagsgatan in Stockholm. 💰 Salary and Terms You'll receive a fixed base salary with a commission model rewarding engagement, initiative, and results.
