Smart Kaffe is a Norwegian company with a strong local presence in coffee machine solutions for offices and other workplaces. Based in Vestby and Fredrikstad, we provide quality machines, coffee products, and service to the corporate market.
The company is led by Rolf Mikkelsen and focuses on professional sales, long-term agreements, and personal follow-up – as a flexible alternative to the large players in the industry.
About the Role
We are seeking an Account Manager who will take full responsibility for new customer acquisition, needs analysis, proposals, and follow-up. You will work closely with management and play a central role in further growth.
Your main tasks:
• Prospect and schedule customer meetings (both digitally and in person)
• Conduct needs analyses and provide tailored recommendations
• Send proposals, follow up, and finalize agreements
• Maintain and develop good relationships with existing customers
• Document activities in the CRM system
You will work with:
• Customers in Oslo, Akershus, and Østfold
• Sales of coffee machines, accessories, and services
• A clear and structured sales process
• Close collaboration with Sales Manager Robert Gangsø during onboarding
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in B2B sales, preferably in machinery, technology, or service sales
• Understands the value of needs analysis and professional communication
• Is structured, goal-oriented, and independent
• Holds a driver's license and enjoys customer visits
• Has technical understanding and interest in coffee and equipment
