ABOUT THE POSITION
Litium is a cloud-based e-commerce platform that helps businesses grow in digital commerce by offering powerful tools for product information, content management, and customer experience. As a leading player in the Nordics, we provide scalable and flexible solutions that drive growth for both B2B and B2C companies. We are currently in an exciting phase of expansion and are looking for an Account Manager who wants to join us on our growth journey.
You will be part of a dedicated sales team that currently consists of both experienced Account Managers and newly recruited colleagues who, like you, are helping to build Litium's future. The team is characterized by high engagement, close collaboration, and an inclusive culture where everyone supports each other to achieve common goals.
The onboarding process is structured and provides you with the right conditions from the start; you will get to know Litium's platform and partner network, gain insight into the management team, and participate in customer dialogues. During the first weeks, you will build a pipeline together with the team and receive ongoing coaching. The goal is for you to quickly feel confident and ready to drive your own business, with support from an engaged team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Account Manager, you will play a central role in creating growth through active new customer acquisition. You will:
- Prospect and identify new customers in the Nordic market.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings.
- Drive the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing.
- Work closely with Litium's partner network to maximize business opportunities.
- Represent Litium in discussions with high-level decision-makers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a strong interest in sales and a clear ambition to develop within B2B sales.
- Has documented experience in sales, preferably within SaaS or digital platforms, with a proven ability to exceed sales targets. Relevant education is considered a significant plus.
- Has experience in new customer acquisition and contract negotiations.
- Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English.

At the turn of the year, Litium will move to new premises in Sthlm 01, next to Gullmarsplan. Here you will have your base, and you are expected to work from the office.
