Account Manager at Joyweek with a focus on new customer sales
At Joyweek, we are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Malmö, a key role for those who are passionate about creating business, building relationships, and want to be part of driving Joyweek's growth journey towards becoming the best facility management provider on the market.
About the role
As an Account Manager, your focus will be on new customer acquisition, helping to lay the foundation for Joyweek's continued expansion. Together with your colleagues, you will package quality service solutions in coffee and water machines, cleaning services, fruit baskets, plant services, staffing, interior services, and more.
Through prospecting, booking meetings, and driving business-oriented customer dialogues, you will create new opportunities in the market and contribute to more companies gaining access to our solutions for well-functioning, joyful workplaces.
You will be responsible for the entire sales process; from the first contact to the signed agreement. You will ensure that every new customer has a strong start in their partnership with Joyweek.
We have recently divided our Account Manager roles into three focuses, with this role having the clearest emphasis on new customer acquisition and a setup that offers significant opportunities for results-based development and commission.
In the long term, you have the opportunity to continue growing within the new customer-oriented role or consider a transition to a more account management role with a greater focus on existing customers.
Your mission
• Identify and engage new customers through prospecting, meeting bookings, and needs analysis
• Conduct customer meetings, present Joyweek's comprehensive solutions, and drive the business all the way to closure
• Develop existing customer relationships in your portfolio
• Work systematically according to our established sales process
• Participate in internal meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales training
• Contribute energy, ideas, and team spirit to the group
We are looking for someone who
• Has experience in sales, preferably with a focus on new customer acquisition. Previous experience in B2B is an advantage.
• Is motivated by creating results and seeing your commission grow month by month
• Is self-driven, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced role
• Easily builds trust and relationships
• Is comfortable booking and conducting customer meetings, both physically and digitally
• Holds a valid driver's license (B) and expresses themselves well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
In the long term, there is an opportunity for a company car, but initially, it is a requirement that you have a B driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
