Learn more at safesack.se. **About the Role** As a Sales Representative at SafeSack, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within a complex and international business, focusing on enhancing the company's presence in Norway. The position is based in Ă–rkelljunga and involves travel to Norway approximately one week per month. Your role is broad and varied - you will work with both existing and new customers across a range of industries such as agriculture, food, pharmaceuticals, and heavy industry. This is a solution-oriented and consultative sales role where each deal is unique, allowing you to leverage both your business acumen and technical curiosity. You will receive comprehensive training during your probationary period, accompanying experienced colleagues on customer visits to learn the business from the ground up. Over time, you will build your own customer base and have significant freedom to influence pricing, customer relationships, and working methods. More specifically, the position includes: - Prospecting and customer visits - initially alongside an experienced colleague - Tailored sales and quotation work - Coordinating with suppliers and factories to meet customer needs - Long-term customer care and business development - High presence in Norway with regular travel and customer visits **About You** We are looking for a genuine, curious, and engaged individual with a natural interest in technology, business, and people. You are attentive, communicative, and have the ability to adapt to different personalities and cultures – this is particularly important as the role involves close collaboration with customers and suppliers internationally.
