Experience in association work is advantageous, and we prefer candidates with a background in sales. You have previous experience with proactive and consultative sales and maintain a long-term approach to customer relationships.

RAVELLI helps associations/school classes finance their activities or make their dream class trips possible. RAVELLI's motto is "everyone included", ensuring all children can afford to participate in sports or class trips. Since 2014, we have distributed over 65 million SEK to school classes and community organizations.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Account Manager at Ravelli, you will drive sales processes and develop business nationwide. This involves systematically identifying and creating collaborations with new and existing associations in the RAVELLI customer base.
Your tasks include creating customer value and ensuring easy service utilization. You will manage your own sales independently, handling the entire sales process from initial contact, contract negotiation, follow-up, upselling, and customer care.
In this role, you will report to and work closely with sales management in Stockholm, becoming part of the 5-person sales team. Given the company's strong growth phase, there are significant opportunities for the right candidate to advance within the organization.
