About the Role

We are now seeking an Account Manager for Parking Solutions to join us at Securitas Sweden, based in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the parking business forward through active networking, business development, and participating in tenders with larger clients such as property owners and parking companies.
You will also work on the following tasks:
• Drive the parking business forward through active networking, business development, and participating in tenders with larger clients such as property owners and parking companies.
• Support the sales organization in regional tenders, assisting with pricing, service selection, strategy, and packaging.
• Develop existing customers both strategically and financially, focusing on increasing the value of the business and identifying potential for additional services.
• Be knowledgeable about larger contracts within the organization, ensuring delivery capability and maintaining margins.
• Calculate and analyze private tenders and contribute to competitive commercial proposals.
• Work closely with customers and the market to early identify needs and opportunities for future products and services.
• Develop digital and scalable offerings in line with the trend toward parking as a service.
• Work data-driven to understand customer behaviors and optimize utilization rates and revenue streams.
This position is suitable for someone who enjoys working independently while also collaborating closely with colleagues in the parking area.

Job Requirements
We are looking for someone who is proactive and results-oriented with a strong customer focus. You enjoy collaboration and will work closely with our sales and operational organization as well as other functions. Furthermore, you are curious about digital development and how technology can simplify customers' everyday lives. You are also confident in making decisions and driving business forward.
Specifically requested requirements:
• Upper secondary education
• B driver's license
• Experience in parking management and a good understanding of the business area
• Experience in commercial work, preferably in real estate, parking, technology, or service sales.
• Good understanding of how to drive business development, bids, and tenders.
• Experience in customer engagement and developing existing customers toward increased profitability.
You also have:
• Strong business understanding and the ability to see economic connections.
• Ability to package and present commercial solutions clearly and in a customer-oriented manner.
• Good analytical skills – able to perform simple calculations, assess profitability, and identify potential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Structured and self-motivated with the ability to drive several initiatives simultaneously.
