Work as an Account Manager in Renewable Energy from Home!
We are only looking for individuals who enjoy working remotely/from home and are experienced in working with phones, CRM systems, and performing well in digital meetings/phone calls. We seek candidates who have previously worked in the sales of solar panels or battery storage, from the initial contact to booked meetings, conducted meetings, quotes, follow-ups, and signing. All structured through a CRM system.
About the Role:
• Contact incoming leads who have shown interest in battery storage/solar panels (no cold calling)
• Schedule and conduct digital meetings with customers
• Present tailored solutions in solar panels and battery storage
• Follow up and close deals
• Work towards clear goals with high commission per sale
Working Hours: The basic working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Since you are responsible for scheduling your meetings with customers, some meetings may need to be held in the evening to fit the customer's schedule – but you control your calendar and decide on this.
Scope: Full-time only
Location: Remote work (from home) - This means you must be able to work undisturbed and have all the necessary equipment (computer, headphones, good internet connection).
Salary: Guaranteed salary + high commission based on the number of sales

• Fluent in Swedish

• Experienced in B2C sales and have previously worked with solar panels/battery storage
• Professional and trustworthy in manner
• Goal-oriented and competitive
• Comfortable working remotely/from home
• Skilled at building relationships
