Do you want to help drive growth in an area that makes a real difference in patients' lives? We are now seeking an Account Manager for southern Sweden, based in Skåne, to continue developing our portfolio within Infusion Therapies & Technologies, with a special focus on clinical nutrition and fluid treatment in hospital settings.
The main focus will be on Numeta and Olimel, Baxter's three-chamber bags for parenteral nutrition for children and adults. In addition, this includes products such as additives and accessories for both three-chamber bags and extemporaneous preparation, as well as intravenous fluids, flushing solutions, and accessories.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Baxter's market position. You will be responsible for:
• Developing and managing customer relationships, primarily with physicians, dietitians, pharmacists, and nurses in neonatal, pediatric, and adult inpatient care.
• Achieving sales targets and implementing strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Participating in the development of strategic plans for products and services in Sweden.
• Actively working with procurement processes, from contact with buyers to assisting our procurement department with product data and analyses.
You will be part of our Nordic team – a group of dedicated and professional colleagues who work closely together to find the best solutions for our customers.
Qualifications:
• Medical background, preferably as a dietitian, nurse, or similar.
• Experience in healthcare, especially in clinical nutrition or fluid treatment.
• Interest in sales and business development, with a strong business acumen.
• Ability to create and develop long-term relationships, both digitally and physically.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the healthcare system and relevant actors in sales and procurement processes.
• Driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish and English.
