As our current salesperson is retiring, we are seeking a driven Account Manager with experience in building long-term relationships with customers and contributing with great commitment. The territory is established and covers Västernorrland. You will be responsible for supporting existing and new customers with our products and unique service offerings! The primary target group and customer segment for this position are manufacturing end customers in the industrial and construction sectors.
What does it mean to work as an Account Manager at Würth?
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for your own territory and work to develop and expand it for sustainable growth. Based on our multi-channel strategy, you will be responsible for the customer regardless of where they choose to shop.
• You will work from home and conduct customer visits based on planning that is appropriate for the geographical area and meets customer preferences.
• You will engage with existing customers and actively work on acquiring new customers to achieve growth.
• You will assess customer needs and find solutions to streamline their management of consumables.
• You will focus on sales and meet your budget.
• You will work proactively and be attentive to capture new business opportunities.
• You will conduct practical product demonstrations.
We want you to:
• Have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and be accustomed to relationship-building sales and new customer acquisition with good results.
• Be goal-oriented, results-driven, and possess a strong business acumen.
• Be collaborative and able to work cross-functionally.
• Understand the value of planning your work to achieve outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Be structured in your working methods to deliver high quality to customers and create order and clarity.
• Be creative to manage a flexible customer mix and find new business opportunities.
• Have digital maturity to easily search for information and navigate various systems.
• Be familiar with Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have experience in field sales or B2B sales in a similar industry, or have practical experience and product knowledge, or have technical and/or sales training.
