RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as Account Manager, your main task will be to drive QleanAir's business from start to finish. You will plan and conduct customer meetings, both digital and in-person as needed, with export customers and in Norway, contributing to a positive perception of the company's products and solutions. You will nurture collaboration with existing customers and actively work on new inquiries. You play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining good relationships while working towards set goals for increased sales. You will collaborate with various internal functions to maintain a positive customer journey.
Your primary tasks will include:
• Managing incoming price and product inquiries from prospective and existing export and Norwegian customers.
• Handling and executing orders for Export and Norway, including associated documentation.
• Independently preparing quotes for Export and Norway and following up on them.
• Developing and increasing sales of QleanAir Scandinavia AB’s products and services.
• Increasing the number of customers and prospects to meet revenue targets.
• Independently managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, follow-up, and customer care.
• Utilizing and maintaining the customer database for prospecting and developing new and existing customers.
• Following up and evaluating market conditions and competing solutions.

Important for the position:
• Minimum high school education and documented knowledge in business economics.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, at least 5 years.
• Experience in sales work outside Sweden, export, at least 5 years.
• Good technical understanding.
• Proficient IT skills (Office suite and CRM systems or equivalent).
• Strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; Norwegian is a plus.
• Analytical ability to create and present reports and make presentations with a business strategic focus.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The position of Account Manager at QleanAir is a direct recruitment where you will be employed by QleanAir at their office in Solna. You will be responsible for the entire sales process and be part of a dedicated team with a strong sense of community. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, and good benefits are included in the position.
