About the Role As a sales representative for Delectum, one of the brands within the Rahmqvist group, you will play a vital role in our mission to create comfort, quality, and care in work environments – through tasteful, sustainable, and thoughtfully selected products, you will help companies elevate their everyday breaks to something more than just a coffee moment. In this role, you will become a specialist in creating pleasant environments, meeting daily with managers, office coordinators, and buyers in your district to offer the market's most well-thought-out comprehensive solutions. You will have significant freedom to influence your workday, set your own goals, and develop both as a person and a salesperson – including through our renowned sales training, Rahmqvist College. All of this alongside a passionate team where quality, relationships, and long-term thinking are at the core. Your daily tasks will include: - Customer visits in the field: You will be out meeting customers, building personal relationships, and understanding their unique needs. Being the face of Rahmqvist means you are our most important representative to our customers. - Product demonstrations and order management: You will demonstrate our specialized products related to work environments and help customers understand how these improve their workplaces. At the same time, you will be responsible for taking and managing orders on-site. - Follow-up visits and relationship maintenance: After establishing initial relationships, you will regularly return to customers to deepen collaboration, resolve any challenges, and ensure they are satisfied with our products and services. - Efficient work with a high activity level: You will be responsible for planning your work in a structured way to maximize efficiency. A high activity level is key to success, and you will have the opportunity to independently drive and shape your day to achieve set goals.
