About this role

Connecting Jobs, part of Beredskapslyftet, works to help newcomers in Sweden enter the job market. By collaborating with engaged employers and partners, we build bridges between skills and needs – creating opportunities for both individuals and businesses. Connecting Jobs is funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (“AMIF”). We are seeking a dedicated and analytical individual who wants to combine relationship-building work with data-driven development. The role is a combination of Key Account Manager and Administrator, where you will both nurture and develop our employer relationships as well as structure data and insights to improve our matching efforts between candidates and companies. You will also assist with reporting on our projects and provide administrative support in our application processes. Location: Hötorget, Stockholm Position: Account Manager & Administrator Responsibilities: As Account Manager: - Develop and nurture relationships with employers and partners - Follow up on collaborations and ensure high satisfaction among employers - Contribute to upselling our services and initiatives - Be the point of contact and provide professional support throughout the process - Stay updated on the validation of diplomas, certificates, and licensing requirements for newcomers in various professions - Monitor labor market developments, skill needs, and in-demand professions in different regions As Administrator: - Compile and analyze data from our CRM system (Ponty) to identify trends and needs - Contribute to the development of our internal workflows and data-driven processes - Collaborate with the team on how to use data effectively - Assist with reporting in our various projects - Provide administrative support in our application and project processes Requirements: - Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Experience in customer responsibility, partnerships, or Key Account Management - Familiarity with working with data, preferably in CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets - Analytical ability to translate data into practical improvements - Experience in labor market or educational initiatives for newcomers is an advantage - Detail-oriented, structured, and resilient under pressure Your Profile: - Relationship-oriented and attentive, with a genuine interest in people - Structured and analytical, comfortable with both operational and strategic tasks - Self-driven, but enjoys collaborating in an engaged team - Motivated by working in a values-driven manner and creating social value What the employer offers: - An opportunity to make a real difference in society - A dynamic and values-driven work environment - Great opportunities to take initiative and develop in the role - A pleasant office in central Stockholm - Hybrid work - Wellness allowance, health insurance, breakfast at work, and access to a gym Important: This position is part of a project co-financed by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF).
