Here, tradition and modern thinking are combined with high technical competence, innovation, and customer focus in everything we do. **About the Role** As an Account Manager, you will have overall responsibility for developing and nurturing your customer relationships. You will work both operationally and strategically to increase market share, identify business opportunities, and drive customer projects from start to finish. The role entails managing your own contracts and budget while ensuring profitability and development in existing and new businesses. You will be the face of Mattssons, regularly visiting customers, providing technical advice on fasteners, logistics, and product solutions, and collaborating with customer support and other internal functions to create the best possible customer experience. You will continuously maintain customer records, forecasts, and marketing plans, playing an important role in the company's ongoing development efforts. **Who We Are Looking For** We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where long-term relationships, technology, and business intersect. You have experience in B2B sales, preferably from industry, technology, or logistics, and you are driven by understanding customer needs and translating them into thoughtful and business-oriented solutions. To succeed in this role, we see that you are structured, responsible, and have a natural ability to build trust with your customers. You are curious, engaged, and motivated to work long-term on both relationship building and clear sales goals.
