About the Account Executive Role As an Account Executive, you will be a central part of the sales organization with the purpose of growing Avy's business! Your tasks include managing the entire sales process, from first contact to closing. You will primarily work on identifying new customer collaborations, focusing on both smaller and enterprise companies in the real estate industry. Your customers are located throughout Sweden, which may involve travel when required. You will be part of a small sales team and report directly to the company's CEO and founder. You will be based at the office in Stockholm and collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization, becoming part of a company with a forward-thinking attitude and a team characterized by ambition and entrepreneurship. Primary Responsibilities: • Be a central part of the sales organization aimed at growing Avy's business • Identify new customer collaborations and manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closed deal • Act as an advisor and consultant to provide each customer with the best possible solution • Collaborate closely with sales team colleagues and other internal teams, including marketing and development, to continuously improve and develop Avy's offering About You To succeed in the Account Executive role, you have previous work experience in commercial roles where you've driven sales from start to finish. You likely have prior experience from SaaS companies working with relationship-building B2B sales. You have good system proficiency and are curious about Avy's platform and the real estate industry. Furthermore, you have fluent language skills in Swedish and English, with additional Nordic language skills considered advantageous. You have a B driver's license and the ability to travel when the job requires. As a person, you are relationship-oriented and communicative, gaining energy from customer interactions. You take responsibility, build strong relationships, and have a solution-oriented approach. Your curiosity drives you to find new opportunities, and you have genuine commitment to developing and nurturing customer relationships. Additionally, you are an unpretentious team player who thrives in a forward-leaning company. Important for the Role: • Previous work experience in a commercial role with sales from start to finish, experienced in dialogues with managers and decision-makers at higher levels • Previous experience in solution and/or product sales, preferably in a SaaS company • Good system proficiency and curiosity about Avy's platform and the real estate industry • Fluent language skills in Swedish and English • B driver's license and ability to travel when the job requires Meriting Factors: • Post-secondary relevant education in business development, economics, account management, or equivalent • Additional language skills in Nordic languages, with Danish being an advantage Avy's Offering Avy is a market leader in Europe in its segment and is on an exciting growth journey.
