Your role We are looking for a strong Account Executive who wants to join our team! You will establish a solid customer base for Juni in the Swedish market. In close collaboration with key personnel in the company, you will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline through targeted outbound efforts. This is a hands-on role with full sales responsibility in a company expected to grow rapidly in a fast-growing market. Your responsibilities In this role, you will: • Establish a new customer base for Juni by building your sales pipeline through cold outbound prospecting. • Work closely with our sales team and other key personnel to build the sales funnel. • Proactively generate and create leads by leveraging personal and professional networks as well as our data and insights tools. • Present Juni’s products and technology to potential customers. • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. • Identify risks in the sales pipeline and develop action plans. • Prospecting and business development – i.e., identify and qualify new business opportunities through channels such as networking, industry fairs, phone, email, and social media (it is clear that all parts are included when we refer to outbound prospecting). • Conduct customer meetings – initiate, schedule, and carry out meetings with potential customers. Understand their needs and present how Juni’s solutions can create value in a consultative role. • Quotation and contract work – prepare relevant and tailored quotes. Negotiate terms, manage contracts, and ensure that agreements meet both internal and external requirements. • Closing deals and targets – drive the business process all the way to closure. Negotiate deals and work purposefully to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. • Ensure that our sales process is followed according to guidelines and regulations. Within 2 months, you will have completed onboarding, learned to sell to CFOs, and settled into the role. After 3 months, you will be generating leads, refining your outreach strategies, qualifying deals, and improving the team’s productivity. By 5 months, you will have closed your first 20 customers, optimized the sales processes, and reached a level where you consistently exceed your targets. Your qualifications Requirements: • We prefer candidates with at least 2+ years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales. • Experienced in selling to SMEs and mid-sized companies. • Analytical and data-driven in your approach. • Documented experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Experience in business development and contract negotiations with strong and creative negotiation skills. • Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset. • Fluent in Swedish (native) and English with excellent communication skills. Preferred: • Experience with B2B sales tech stack: Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism. • Experience from SaaS or B2B fintech (banking, spend management, treasury, or financing). • Ability to create and communicate clear business cases with strategic impact. • Familiarity with BANT or similar sales methodologies.
