**Responsibilities**
As an Account Executive, you will be part of Hailey's rapidly growing international sales team, where you will help develop the market. You will work towards clear sales targets by:
- Proactively building and managing your own sales pipeline
- Booking and conducting customer meetings and presenting Hailey's system in demos
- Understanding organizations and their specific needs across various industries and company sizes, in close collaboration with other teams
You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing. After a signed agreement, the Customer Success team will take over the onboarding of new customers. At Hailey, you do not need prior sales experience to succeed; as long as you are driven and eager to learn, you will have the right conditions to thrive. With support from your manager, you will receive thorough onboarding and access to best practices that will help you develop into a successful Account Executive.
**Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes**
- Fluent in Finnish and English, with good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Previous work experience is a plus—especially if you have an understanding of how organizations function
