About the Role
As an Account Engineer at Nordic LEVEL, you'll become an important part of the company's service team and be responsible for installation, deployment, and service of security systems such as intrusion alarms, fire alarms, access control, and CCTV. You'll work independently on complex installations, troubleshooting, and technical support – both on-site and remotely.
You'll be a key person ensuring customers' systems function optimally, always with high quality and a solution-oriented approach. The role involves significant customer contact where you'll function as both a technical expert and advisor.
Example tasks:
• Install, configure, and deploy security systems for customers
• Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Ensure installations comply with applicable security standards
• Provide technical advice and support to customers
• Document and report completed work
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvements
Who are you?
We are seeking someone with solid experience in security technology and strong technical understanding. You thrive in a varied role where you can combine technology with customer contact and problem-solving.
Our mandatory requirements:
• Technical education in electronics, IT, or security systems
• At least 5 years of experience installing and maintaining systems like CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, or fire alarms
• Good understanding of IP-based systems and network technology
• Driver's license and very good Swedish and English skills
• Security system certifications are meritorious

Employment Type: Permanent with initial probationary period
