About this role
Subscriber Manager
As a Subscriber Manager with us, you will become a key person in working with water and sewage rates, connection fees, and subscriber issues.
You will combine legal and economic aspects in a role that involves both customer contact and administrative responsibility.
Part of Something Larger
Västvatten is a company with big ambitions and tremendous energy – operating in an industry in constant development. We are just over 120 employees who ensure that shared water and sewage infrastructure functions optimally in Färgelanda, Munkedal, Sotenäs, and Uddevalla. One of society's most crucial missions.
Responsible and Varied Work
You will be a central part of the connection process, handling various subscriber matters. This includes new connections to municipal water and sewage networks, modified water and sewage installations, calculation of connection fees, questions and investigations regarding billing and rates.
The work involves interpreting and applying legislation, primarily the Water Services Act (LAV), and answering questions from property owners and colleagues regarding water and sewage rates and connection processes. As a Subscriber Manager, you will manage multiple processes simultaneously and be able to synthesize them into a comprehensive whole.
You will draft various types of documents and contracts, as well as provide legal support for other employees. Most importantly, you must enjoy customer contact and have the ability to build trust both internally and externally.
Driven and Structured
We are seeking someone who is driven, takes initiative, seeks out and analyzes information, such as existing agreements, municipal council decisions, or legislation.
Order and organization are your strengths, and you can prioritize and plan your work.
You are unpretentious and thrive in close collaboration, lifting both yourself and your colleagues to develop and improve the organization – together, we become better.
