This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career. **Your Responsibilities** You will be part of an IT support team that provides second-line support for a larger socially important operation with many users and a broad IT environment. The team handles cases via phone and a case management system and works in an environment with thousands of computers, mobile devices, and printers. Your role includes: - Troubleshooting software and hardware - Managing second-line cases that require in-depth technical support - Creating and updating documentation such as guides and procedures - Working on support tasks that may also be non-hardware related - Contributing to the structure of the team's working methods and processes The position is located at the client's premises in Jönköping.
