Personal Assistant Position
I live independently and need support to lead a meaningful, autonomous life. I am seeking a personal assistant to support me in my daily activities. I have autism and a visual impairment, which means I require assistance from my support staff to complete various tasks and activities.
Successfully fulfilling this role requires extensive experience working with individuals with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD).
You will support me in diverse areas including communication, household tasks, participating in my interests, and helping me maintain meaningful days. Work tasks will vary depending on my current needs.
The ideal candidate is:
- A secure, self-aware individual with good physical fitness
- Capable of working independently
- Solution-oriented with a positive attitude
Communication skills are crucial. You must be able to express yourself clearly and adapt quickly to different situations, while being punctual and organized.
Requirements:
- Non-smoker
- Fluent Swedish (spoken and written)
- Strong communication support capabilities
Position Details: Hourly employment with fixed shifts
