Särnmark is one of Sweden's oldest personal assistance companies, founded by the current owners in the early 1990s. We are now seeking a personal assistant for a part-time position.
To be especially well-suited for this assignment, you should meet the following criteria:
- Secure, attentive, and empathetic
- Experience with AAC and low-arousal approach
- Experience working with outwardly aggressive individuals
- Strong collaborative skills, as double assistance is involved
Our client - who is in their early 30s, lives independently in an apartment on Södermalm and spends weekdays at a daily activity center with an assistant.
They have a significant need for assistance with communication with others. The work involves varying work hours, including daytime at the daily activity center, evenings, and weekends - working alongside a colleague during double assistance. Night on-call duty.
In your application, you must specify your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a permanent residence permit in Sweden to be employed by Särnmark.
