About the Position
We are now seeking a technician for our client north of Stockholm. The company works with advanced instruments in electronics and fine mechanics, and you will become a key part of the production.
The work consists of several tasks where you will both assemble different types of components, configure and test instruments using software systems, and handle and lift instruments during the work. The position is on a 2-shift schedule, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
Example of Work Tasks:
- Assembly of technical and mechanical components.
- Carefully following drawings and instructions.
- Quality controls during and after assembly.
- Configuration and testing of instruments via software systems.
- Documentation and reporting of test results.
- Packaging and preparation for delivery.
- Contributing to improvement of work methods.
Previous experience as a technician is meritorious but not a requirement; we believe that the right personality and willingness to develop are the most important. However, we prefer candidates with some form of technical experience or interest to quickly familiarize themselves with the work.
The position is full-time and involves working on 2-shifts, with potential weekend work as needed.

You thrive in a high-paced environment, enjoy working with your hands, and take responsibility for your tasks. You are a team player who quickly learns new tasks and does not hesitate to take initiative when something needs to be solved. You appreciate physical work and have no problem with heavy lifting.
Requirements:
- Technical interest and willingness to learn.
- Swedish in speech and writing.
- Driver's license and access to a car.
- Ability to work shifts (day/evening).
Meritorious (but not required):
- Experience with assembly in electronics, technology, or industry.
- Knowledge of reading drawings or work instructions.
- Previous work in production, warehouse, or workshop.
- Experience with fine assembly, soldering, testing, or ESD-safe environments.
