The Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic in Gagnef offers psychiatric specialist care to the adult population in Region Dalarna. We work according to the Gagnef model, which emphasizes close collaboration with Gagnef Health Center, where we share facilities and some staff. The clinic has a broad specialist psychiatric competence with various professional groups working transprofessionally. There is established cooperation with psychiatric inpatient care, municipalities, other healthcare services, and other community actors.
You will come to a pleasant workplace with a good atmosphere, an open climate, and strong collegial collaboration. The clinic consists of a team of psychologists, licensed nurses, medical secretaries, and consulting psychiatrists. Since autumn 2024, the Gagnef Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic and the Rättvik Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic have had the same manager, leading to closer collaboration between these clinics.
The position is located in Djurås in Gagnef Municipality, with the flexibility to possibly vary the placement between other outpatient psychiatric clinics.

**Job Responsibilities**
As a psychologist, your role is to assess and map the difficulties and needs of patients with severe psychiatric conditions. You will investigate based on functional impairments, diagnostic questions, and possible treatment measures, as well as conduct psychological treatments for both individuals and groups. The work is varied and stimulating, with opportunities for professional development. We continuously engage in change and improvement work, where you as a psychologist will have significant involvement.

**Requirements:**
We are looking for a licensed psychologist who has good initiative and is flexible. You should be able to collaborate while also working independently and be interested in collaborative efforts. Personal suitability is highly valued.
**Desirable:**
Travel for work may occur, so a driver's license is a plus.
