We are now seeking 2 IT developers for our staff function and IT department. One of these positions will also be a DevLead at 50% leading one of our three development teams. Position at one of Svevia's many offices with flexibility for remote work, with selection occurring continuously. We are seeking:
BI Developer
As a BI developer, you will work on developing PowerBI and data modeling in Svevia's Data Platform to solve business needs. You will work closely with other developers working on integration and data warehouse development, as well as collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and the business to create sustainable and scalable solutions.
The organization is currently undergoing digital transformation, and your work will facilitate processes for many colleagues.
To succeed in the BI developer role, you should have a few years of experience in similar roles such as BI developer, Data Warehouse Developer, or Data Engineer.
You should be completely comfortable with Snowflake (or equivalent), DAX, SQL, and Power BI. Experience in AI, integration development, app development, and API Management is considered meritorious.
You have good experience with modern development tools and experience/willingness to work in an organization in transformation with quick delivery.
App/AI Developer
As an App/AI developer, you will develop automation flows, apps, and AI functions for a business undergoing digital transformation. You are responsible for ensuring both code and documentation are well-written, with a long-term perspective - solutions should be sustainable over time, not just for the immediate moment.
You are technically confident, with strength in C# and .net as well as Power Platform. You enjoy working closely with a transforming organization and maintain good contact with stakeholders.
You thrive in cross-functional and distributed teams where collaboration, responsibility, and commitment drive you forward. You have previous experience with app development and automated flows.
Experience with CI/CD and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or similar) is seen as meritorious, as is work with AI, data modeling, report creation, and integration development (Snowflake, PowerBI, API Management).
DevLead
One of these roles will be 50% development and 50% DevLead. The DevLead role includes ensuring delivery from business stakeholders, supporting estimate creation, task breakdown, planning, and coordinating work distribution in the team you lead.
You will also help resolve incidents together with the team and Svevia's Service Desk.

For both roles, we prefer candidates with a technical education and a few years of experience. You are confident technically and have the ability to think holistically with a sense of quality and manageability.
You have good experience with modern development tools and experience/willingness to work in an organization in transformation with quick delivery.
You speak and write Swedish fluently.
