ABOUT THE POSITION
Our client is an established IT company that provides solutions in operations, infrastructure, and support to businesses across Sweden. Here, you will be part of a dedicated team of 15 people where, as a 1st Line Support Technician, you will be the customer's first point of contact and a key person in creating secure and efficient IT solutions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a 1st Line Support Technician, you will handle technical issues and provide service to the company's customers to ensure a smooth IT environment. You will work with support and problem-solving via phone, email, and chat, and sometimes directly on-site with customers.
You will, for example:
* Handle installations, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance, primarily in a Windows environment but also on various mobile platforms
* Provide technical support in areas such as M365, Windows clients, and Windows Server, as well as work with areas such as networking, firewalls, security, backup, and Active Directory
* Ensure clear documentation of both systems and equipment
* Maintain ongoing dialogue with both end-users and IT managers
* Contribute to improving the overall customer experience
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
* Has a strong interest in IT
* Is a team player with a strong desire to help others
* Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in the work
It is advantageous if you have:
- Previous experience in customer contact
- Education in IT
- A valid driver's license (B)
