The consulting assignment starts in early January and spans at least six months, with the possibility of a long-term employment with the customer for the right candidate.
About the Position
In the role of 1st line finance support, you will be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding financial matters and inquiries. Your main task will be to provide professional support and solve problems efficiently.
Primary Work Tasks
- Handle incoming cases and inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide support related to invoice management, including answering invoice questions and managing unattested invoices.
- Work with various invoice documentation and contribute to ensuring correct handling and accounting.
- Collaborate with other teams and internal departments to resolve complex cases and deliver high-quality service to customers.
You will work in the customer's case management system and ensure that each customer interaction occurs with the highest standard of professionalism and service.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a background in finance, either through high school education, work in service professions, or customer service.
- Has experience in financial support or a similar role.
- Is accustomed to working with case management systems and other relevant tools.
- Has strong communication skills and enjoys providing support and service to different types of users.
- Is structured, self-driven, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
