The company has developed a groundbreaking cloud service for transportation companies, with customers all over the world. Due to strong demand for their product, they need to strengthen their 1st line support team with a Spanish and English speaking support agent. This position is located in Linköping and requires working from the office.

This is considered an entry-level position. While specific qualifications are not necessary for success in this role, it is essential that you have an interest in technology and a basic understanding of computing, cloud-based services, and mobile technology.
About the position
As a 1st line support agent, no two days will be the same. Your daily focus will be to assist our customers via phone, web chat, and email. You will help customers resolve their issues and ensure they have the correct settings on their accounts. Over time, you will become an expert in the system and the point of contact for anyone internally, providing operational and technical support to teams across all departments. Working hours will be standard office hours, Monday to Friday.
Your daily tasks will include:
● Assisting customers via phone, web chat, and email to ensure they can use the system as intended.
● Supporting the sales teams with sales demonstrations and general technical support.
It will be considered an advantage if:
● You speak additional languages, especially Swedish, Finnish, or French.
● You have experience in technical support, ideally in an international environment.
For this position, you must already have a Swedish work permit.
