The client is a positive and active 55-year-old woman who requires assistance with most daily activities, such as support with dressing, cleaning, personal hygiene, cooking, and more.
The client enjoys outings, shopping, and appreciates a coffee when the opportunity arises.
Maintaining a clean and tidy home is of great importance to the client.
We seek patient assistants who are direct and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language. Work tasks can be highly varied, involving assistance both inside and outside the home, which requires high flexibility.
Swedish language proficiency, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
You will be part of a large work group consisting of committed, positive assistants who all work towards common goals for the client's continued development. You will work according to clearly established routines and implementation plans covering all aspects of daily life.
The ideal candidate will be mature in handling various situations, both challenging and less demanding.
Good patience, humor, understanding, and personal initiative are extremely important for the client.
As a personal assistant, you must be self-assured, attentive, flexible, proactive, and have a genuine interest in your work.
The work is based on respect for individual self-determination and integrity.
Personal assistance experience is required, but personal suitability will weigh most heavily.
