Senior Social Worker Needed for Staffing Assignment in Foster Care

We are now seeking a social work consultant to work in Halland in a municipality from January to June. The assignment is 80% and will be primarily on-site. Job Responsibilities The assignment involves a Senior Social Worker who can independently and in collaboration with other Senior Social Workers provide management leadership to foster care coordinators and social workers responsible for the care of placed children and youth. The work involves using Combine in the municipality and is primarily on-site. Qualifications • Social Work Degree • Valid driver's license • Preference for Combine experience • No criminal record that indicates unsuitability for the requested position • Worked in social services administrative roles in the past two years as an employee or consultant Requirements: Minimum competence requirement: Social Work Degree - At least five (5) years of experience in the past seven (7) years in Foster Care for children placed under SoL and LUV - Foster Care Coordinator with at least three (3) years of experience - Social Worker with at least two (2) years of experience - Supervisor training equivalent to at least 75 credits is required, along with experience in management and supervision in foster care - The assignment requires independently leading both foster care coordinators and social workers responsible for placed children and youth's care, in close collaboration with other Senior Social Workers - Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in the past year - Experience in driving organizational change and team/organizational development in the past year - Ability to independently represent the committee in legal proceedings in both administrative and appellate courts - Must have represented a committee in at least two cases in the past year, with verifiable documentation Period January 28 - June 30, 2026, with possibility of extension Scope 80% About Us Clara Care is a personalized staffing and recruitment company.
