Job Description: Senior Social Worker - Children and Youth Department Together, we provide care and support to residents who need it for various reasons. The Care Administration has an important mission to offer care, support, and service to the municipality's residents, working to be at the forefront of technology and development. Children and Youth Department The Children and Youth Department is organizationally part of the Care Administration, Overarching Division. The "Children and Youth" unit consists of 16 social workers and two senior social workers. The team is divided into investigative social workers and child secretaries with primary responsibility for foster children, including certain residential care placements. Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead and develop others? We are seeking a candidate with several years of experience in the field. Previous leadership experience is meritorious but not required. The most important aspects are extensive knowledge of the area and current legislation, meeting educational requirements, and possessing the personal qualities needed for a senior social worker role. Good knowledge of unaccompanied minor processes is mandatory. Your Mission We are looking for a confident and independent senior social worker for our relatively new investigative group. Together with the group's manager, you will lead the work in a constructive and efficient manner, focusing on high quality, development, and a positive work environment.
