Together with the other Senior Social Worker, you will ensure that the work within the unit is conducted in accordance with current legislation and is based on up-to-date knowledge, proven experience, and high quality. Your tasks will also include 25% case management and participation in forums for development and collaboration that enhance the unit's work. You will also represent the board in court processes. **QUALIFICATIONS** We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or equivalent education. You should have several years of experience in authority work concerning children and youth. You must be well-versed in case management and documentation as well as the legal frameworks that govern our operations. You should express yourself well both verbally and in writing. Experience as a Senior Social Worker in a child and youth unit is an advantage, or if you have other leadership experience.
