Do you want to cook food that makes guests feel more, taste more, and remember longer? Svartklubben is now seeking an engaged and self-driven Head Chef for one of Sweden's most unique dining experiences – where all guests eat in total darkness.
Your Role:
As Head Chef, you will have overall responsibility for the kitchen:
• Menu creation
• Ingredient ordering and planning
• Preparation and service
• Scheduling and HACCP
• Ensuring smooth kitchen operations during all shifts
Who Are You?
• You have experience in restaurant kitchens and love creating taste experiences
• Have extensive knowledge of special dietary requirements
• Are independent, solution-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Are open to quick changes and dislike rigidity
• Speak fluent Swedish
