Our mission at our client in Gällivare includes cleaning, laundry, vending, and restaurant services. You will be part of the restaurant team of about 8 people and, together with the responsible manager, be a key player in developing the operations.
What you will work with:
• Preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads and the daily lunch
• Menu and purchasing planning together with your colleagues
• Monitoring hygiene routines to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Preparing, producing, and presenting food of the highest standard
What you contribute:
