Approximately 80,000 people live in the catchment area, and the patient base doubles during tourist seasons. Mora Hospital has a broad operation within radiology, while also providing the comfort and local connection of a smaller hospital. The radiology department employs about 50 staff members and offers a wide range of services with modern equipment. **1st Line Manager in Shared Leadership, Radiology Mora** **Job Responsibilities** You will be part of a shared leadership model alongside a managerial colleague, which means you will have personnel and work environment responsibility for half of the department's approximately 35 employees, while also having operational responsibility for two of the department's four sections together with the section managers. As site manager, you report directly to the operations manager and participate in the clinic's management team. Working in a shared leadership model requires trust and a lack of pretentiousness. It also provides great opportunities for you and your colleague to support and complement each other. Together, you will establish and decide on long-term strategies for the operation and work independently in daily operational tasks. Together with your managerial colleague, you are expected to: - Lead and organize the work within the unit. - Actively create conditions and a good work environment for our employees. - Promote a forward-looking change culture. - Collaborate closely with the other first-line managers in Imaging and Functional Medicine. **Additional Information** **Qualifications** **Requirements:** - Proficiency in the Swedish language (written and spoken) at least at C1 level. - Experience working in healthcare. - Previous leadership experience. **Meritorious:** - Academic education. - Experience working in radiology. - Experience in a 24/7 operation.
